What is a Patient Participation Group
The Patient Participation Group, or ‘PPG’, is a group of patients who volunteer to be the ‘listening voice of the patient’. They work alongside the practice to support, offer advice and ensure the patient’s voice is heard.
The group allows patients to provide feedback directly to the practice, leading to constructive discussions and improvements to services. The group’s opinions are listened to, as the people who use the services are the best people to tell us what works and what improvements we could make.
Any patient or registered carer of a patient may apply to join the PPG. Members are asked to sign a Confidentiality Statement. If you would like to join the PPG, please fill out the registration form on this page and submit it to us..
How do I join a Patient Participation Group
Horncastle Medical Group has a successful Patient Participation Group, however, the Practice is always looking to recruit new members.
We are looking to involve as many patients in the group as possible, on a voluntary basis so that we can shape and develop the services that we deliver to you. We are looking for willing volunteers that are happy to be contacted periodically to get their views and maybe attend an occasional meeting.
If you would like more information regarding the Patient Participation Group, please contact Hazel Fuller the Practice Manager on 01507522998 or licb.horncastlemedicalgroup@nhs.net. You can also get in touch by completing the form below.
